Good report!   The details about the creature's physique, its large tusks and how quickly it killed the dog, were especially interesting.   And that it swam the Mississippi.

Thanks Bear - just read that article from Bobbie's newsletter....she has a well written, objective newsletter that I find very informative. Thanks again.

There's also an article about the "Hobbit" Homo floresiensis, found in Indonesia in 2003 that I found very interesting.....but then - I'm into anthropology too...

The comments of the so-called experts at the end of the Hobbits article is a perfect example of the "scientific community" not being able to see or accept something as fact, even with TWELVE sets of skeletal remains, spanning thousands of years. 

Even if we produced a BF body, complete and in good condition, they would probably say it is a localized mutation and not proof that an entire population of similar creatures exists.

Makes you wanna grab one of these experts by the nape of the neck and rub his nose in it.
