I'm posting this in case some of you haven't seen it yet.
Bigfoot ‘Corpse’ Had a Rubber Foot; Finders ‘Admitted It Was a Costume,’ Says ‘Squatch Detective’ Host Steve Kulls, host of BlogTalkRadio’s Squatch Detective, has denounced Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer – the Georgia men who claimed to have found a Bigfoot “corpse” last month – as liars and fraudsters.
Yesterday on his show, Kulls recounted how he first introduced self-styled Sasquatch hunter Tom Biscardi to Whitton and Dyer after Dyer had appeared on Kulls’ show on July 28 to discuss the “find.”
 Kulls: Whitton and Dyer have crossed the line from hoaxers to criminals!
Eighteen days later, on Aug. 15, Biscardi, Whitton and Dyer held a press conference in Palo Alto, Calif., where they had promised to unveil hard evidence of the half-man, half-ape. But that event proved to be a bust, with Biscardi producing only photos of the alleged beast, and testing of alleged tissue samples showing only possum and human DNA.
Meanwhile, Kulls, who lives in upstate New York, says he flew to Georgia to inspect the corpse, which was thawing out from deep freeze.
While doing so one day after the press conference, Kulls says he “observed the foot, which looked unnatural – reached in and confirmed it was a rubber foot.”
“We immediately contacted Tom Biscardi and advised him of the situation,” says Kulls. At that point, Biscardi told Kulls that Whitton and Dyer had admitted the corpse was a costume.
“We have proven now that Ricky Dyer and Matthew Whitton are liars,” Kulls told his audience.

STEVE KULLS: On August 16, 2008, the freezer containing the alleged corpse arrived with the Searching for Bigfoot team at an undisclosed location. I arrived that same day at 6 p.m. to provide initial verification, examination, biohazard control, and consult for security measures at the location.
At that time, the ice was being thawed slowly, to prevent and further decomposition of the alleged corpse.
On August 17, 2008, Searching for Bigfoot Director of Operations TJ Biscardi and myself were up early. We discovered that some hair was now exposed from the ice. I extracted some from the alleged corpse and examined it and had some concerns.
Bob Smalbach, vice president of Searching for Bigfoot, arrived and concurred. We burned the said hair sample and the hair sample burned into a ball, uncharacteristic of hair.
At that time, we began to expedite the melting process, after receiving the go-ahead from Tom Biscardi, by using a salamander heater to heat the freezer. Within one hour, I pressed on the partially exposed head and it seemed mostly firm, but unusually hollow in one small section – yet another ominous sign.
Within the next hour, upon examining the feet area, there was a break in the ice and I observed the foot, which looked unnatural – reached in and confirmed it was a rubber foot.
We immediately contacted Tom Biscardi and advised him of the situation, and he began to take action on his end. We were advised that both Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer admitted at this point it was a costume.
They agreed to sign a promissory note in an admission of what they’d done, and set a meeting for their hotel room in California at 8 a.m. the next day.
On August 18, 2008, Tom Biscardi went to the hotel so they could sign those documents – where Dyer and Whitton were staying – and found out they had left. Searching for Bigfoot is at this time seeking the return of their funds.
The actions and motives of Whitton and Dyer, obviously at this point, are beyond comprehension.
Whitton, who being a police officer for the Clayton County police Department in Georgia, got up before the world and lied, and was complicit to defraud in a felonious manner.
Ricky “Trailer Truck” Dyer, an ex-corrections officer, who now operates mostly as a car salesman and, as I uncovered several weeks ago, is involved in shill-bidding his vehicles on eBay under another screen name.
The bottom line in this is that both organizations sought the truth. The team here, myself, did our jobs, did our duties, reported it such, and there you have it.
We have proven now that Ricky “Trailer Truck” Dyer and Matthew Whitton are liars, and have crossed that line from hoaxers to committing a fraud and a crime.

Well good job Steve Kulls, but it does not matter what you say in defense of Tom Biscardi, you cannot take away the following statement made by your "friend" on Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, at 3 PM central time from Palo Alto, California.
The following is verbatim Tom Biscardi, the self-professed best BF hunter in the world, who has reportedly seen 3 of them (to compare with as verification) over the years.
Mr. Biscardi please: "Who will you call to verify what you got?" "They said you," referring to Tom Biscardi.
Well Mr. Biscardi, what did you personally do to verify this?: "What I seen, what I touched, what I felt, what I prodded, was not a mask that was sewn onto a bear hide....ok....and what I smelled also....alright?"
Well, seems to me that the boys from Georgia was not the only ones doing any deceiving with all that seeing, touching, feeling, probing and smelling, before the body was thawed enough for Steve Kulls to verify it as a fake.
You can slice this, dice this, smoke it, bake it, fry it, boil it, spin it, shake it, (bleep), you can even claim you was having a bad hair day moment at the time, but Tom Biscardi said on the Friday before, that this was the real deal and you can't spin it now, that he helped expose a hoaxer (albeit one that made off with $50,000 of his dollars, that he may have made from that dead body, live video scam...ahem scheme from two years back).
No middle ground here, Biscardi perpetrated a hoax and a lie just as those two boys from Georgia did and he should sink with them. Don't feed me tuna and tell me I'm eating steak.
As I hear once during a presidential debate with a slight "spin" on it since you are trying to spin things; "You sir (Biscardi), are no Bigfoot Hunter, let alone the best!"
Now please, disappear, you have done more then enough damage to the REAL people who get out there and sweat, instead of looking good for TV cameras.
Now, where is that guy called DitchDr. who was promoting this so heavily. And he is not the only one, YOU know who you are that claimed this as the REAL DEAL, and YOU are NOT above any of this after the fact. Just please dig a big hole and pull the top over yourself.
Now, I've got that off my chest, let's do what we been doing for years without the help of the media or anybody else stupid enough to think something like BF does not exist!

his story has more holes in than swiss cheese also
the ditch dr guy was a B#%O guy trying to "infiltrate"
I read on another board, all of this came about because beavis and ex-officer whitton were refused when they wanted to go on another place's (think primate they burned) camping trip.....all that mess for revenge
until TB got involved.....then he saw $$$$$

| Everyone involved in the perpetration of these felonious acts should be served with warrants for their arrests and should all share a cell with one another. This defense of "we were just havin fun" or " we didn't mean nothin by it" are the rantings of these fringe lunatics. This whole thing had me puzzeled from the start.
We had these yahoos making everyone in the Bigfoot community..that really knows anything about a Bigfoot mad as h@ll.
At the same time we had a few of the chosen ones that had their noses so deep they couldn't get oxygen to their brain and did some really stupid things while in this intoxicated state.
Now that the truth comes out..they..the very ones that were neck deep in this crap want to point fingers at others.
One fact that I have not heard anyone mention..I my have missed this.
When the choosing of those that could come and see the "body" was done..did anyone make a connection to just who those folks were?

i would say you are right on mike
those 2 boys in GA look about as smart as a bag of rocks, not that any of the rest are any smarter
but I have wasted about 2 1/2 hours of my life listening to steve kulls contradict himself and his timeline over 2 days, and his finger pointing, and covering the ringleader's behind also.....
I also read on fox's website where the police chief for "officer" whitton, referred to him as "EX" officer whitton......he has been terminated for his role in the hoax, and whatever fraud was allegedly committed (I personally do not think biscardi was defrauded in any way shape or form, at the very least he strung this along, and made it worse if he indeed dod not engineer it from the start).
I for one am glad none of these goofs have anything to do with proving anything to do with this.....

well, sure looks like the GA boys style of video, and kind of contradicts the biscardi and kulls statements that they are "on the run".......
whole bunch is a group of liars, but who has nothing to lose at this point?

all i see is a bunch of dishonest folks taking advantage of others.i am also a firm believer that what goes around comes around.this whole incident has made me step back and examine my own short comings.i need to be more objective and keep my guard up at all times.eventually someone of the right character will find the one piece of evidence to prove that this creature does exist.this is not the first hoaxe and i am sure it will not be the last.i really wanted it to be real.

| Hello Sassfoot, I believe that all of us were torn on this latest hoax. While I think we all wanted to somehow feel vindicated for being heckled by the non-believers, I also feel relieved that a booger did not have to lose it's life---especially to the likes of Bevis & Butthead. As I stated before, these degenerates are finished---they might as well swallow a cyanide capsule! The police chief fired Dyer's a**, and the Whitton boy probably wouldn't work in a pie factory as a taste tester! All the things a real man ascribes in life; honesty, integrity, honor, and good character---will forever elude them. yes sir i agree with you on that i just can't get on the level that these hoaxers were on, from the two from ga on up the ladder to biscardi himself.i guess these people do not have morals or standards to live by.biscardi's reputation is all wriiten out on another site and i took the time to read it and i wish i had taken the time to read it before i looked into the ga hoaxe.he is a "nobody" scamming innocent people out of there moneys and it is just sad that there is nothing you can really do about it.but like i said every dog has it's day and he is just a puppy.i guess on the up side to this is that i have become more objective when it comes to this matter(sasquatch)and i do not talk about it to anyone any more because of the ridicule that follows.i am just going to come to this local forum for guidance with my research and let it stay at that.this will be my last post on the matter, to me it is over and done with.to (bleep) with all of them no more of my time will be spent on it.
