I need everyone to clean up their Private Message folders. Please empty them if possible. This will cut down on files that will have to be backed up and file space used.
Please check your email addresses in your profile. The server is getting a lot of returned non-delivered emails from Private Message notification emails and when someone replies to your posts.
When you post a private message an email is sent to that person ..letting them know they have a new PM as well as replies to your posts (if you have that option checked).
Please make sure your email address is correct or if your email address has changed..please make the correction in your profile.
Also, please check your Private Messages and clean up old read messages. You can use the (zap) button to delete old messages.
Be sure you clean out your deleted messages.

I am starting to delete old postings of welcome messages to new members.
Other postings that did not get many replies or posting about future events that have long past will also be deleted.
I hope everyone understands why I am deleting these postings.

After looking at the pros and cons of the up-grade, I have decided to leave things as they are for the time being. Last time we up graded, a few things did not work like they should and I had a lot of custom work to re-do all over again.
If it's not broke..don't fix it!
This may well apply here..LOL
