Now since everybody has a better idea about whether they will be able to come or not, I would like a more accurate head count. PM me ONLY IF YOU ARE COMING!
Please, no maybe's or I think so, I need a accurate number from everybody.
Even if you have assured me in the past, please PM me that you are coming. I will be sending out directions the first week of October to those coming.
If, for some reason, you recieve the directions and elect not to come, chances are you will not be given directions to any future outings. This is important because of the location of the research area.
Send me this info by PM only.
For those wanting hotel information, PM me and I'll let you know the nearest town with hotels.

I will be in Louisiana this week so if you haven't PMed me about whether you are coming to the Bama outing, please do before this upcoming weekend.
I have several PM's but need a accurate head-count so I can send out directions, so please PM me if you haven't

Here is a partial list of those attending the Bama outing. If you have not sent me a recent PM about attending, please do, so I can add you to the list of those getting the outing information. I will be sending this out either this weekend or the next. October the 11th is the shut-off date for those attending. After then, it will be too late to add you so please send me a PM if you already have not.
