We will have an outing at a location in North Central Mississippi on December 5th, 6th, and 7th. The exact location of this outing will remain confidential at this time but will be provided to the attendees approximately two weeks prior to the event.

All of those who actually attended the Alabama outing will be welcome to attend this one, and you should contact me, Dixie Banshee, Bear by PM (private message) to inform me if you plan to attend this outing.

All other forum members that are interested in attending this outing are encouraged to contact me by PM as soon as possible. Due to the limited size of the campsite at this location, there are a limited number of persons that will be allowed to attend, so don't wait too long to contact me.

Those that said that they would attend the Alabama outing, and received directions to the outing, but did NOT show up, will not be allowed to attend this outing due to the necessity to keep the location confidential and reveal it only to those that are serious.

Bear

Just thought I would say a  little here.  First Bear knows the wife and I can not make this outing. Due to the time of year  and money it will not be possilbe. Now those who decide to go and did not get to go to the last one, make your self ready for the time of your life. I promise you will not regret not one min of your time spent with the others who are going. I truly wish we could go ,but I do look forward to hearing all the reports afterwards. Best of luck to all an ya'll be carefull out there!!!  Ya'll stay safe and have a good time!!:D

So far, we have attending:

Kelly and family, Scott, Rachel, and Nate

Dlaw

Diane

Gena

Highpocket

Grump13

Robroy and Daniel Boone

TNC and Jacob

Michael Stuckey

Shasta and Dan

Pat Rance

Laurie (Fireflies)

Maureen and Leonard

Bear and Cannon

If your name is not listed, please PM me so I can get a accurate list as I have something planned that pretains to all showing up. If you are bringing anybody extra, please let me know before Thanksgiving. We already have rented the cabins for the weekend. Cannon will be entertaining us Saturday night before we take out boogering.

Please, if I have accidently not listed your name, PM me that you will be attending. The area, for those interested, will be centered around Grenada, MS. If you want to stay in a hotel, you can, but I suggest renting a cabin at Grenada Lake, as that will be where we will be at.

For all the ones that plan on staying at the cabins. I would suggest bring your own towels if you plan to shower etc.. there are towels there. 6 per room for the bigger cabins and 4 for the smaller cabins. I always bring extra toilet paper too.  hehehehe. I would suggest the ones that are sleeping on floors etc.. bring your cots or air mattress, if you don't have a cot, sleeping bags, covers etc.. We will make sure everyone is comfortable.  Some of the beds are taken already. I belive there is one more bed left in Cabin 2. Here are the ones that have requested a bed Cabin 1 Dan, Vicki are in the big room, Laurie also is in the big room and if Crystal is coming she'll bunk with Laurie, myself and my family is in the small room with a bed. The couch is available in Cabin 1 unless Bear or Cannon want it. and there will be room for cots etc..    Cabin 2 , Diane the small room, Dlaw in one of the beds in the big room. There's an empty bed in the big room. Gena if you want a couch you can pick which cabin, Michael any corner you want heheheheh. Like i said I will make sure everyone is comfortable. Just bring what you need.  These cabins have fireplaces and we usually have a campfire outside so we would need wood. If i think of anything else i'll do another post.

Please let me know if there is anything I can bring to help out. Other wise I scrape up some extra stuff around here for folks to use. If I am getting a couch, then someone can use my extra cot that I didn't bring on the last outing because it wouldn't fit in my little tent. Will there be a need for the EL Por-t-o Potty? How many bathrooms will we have for all of use to use??? We can take a page from Dwells' outhouse....lol.

PS: It will be too cold for SNAKES,...right? lol I'll just stay close to Shasta since she can spot one at a mile away.

Is the couch ok with you Gena? You can bring the cot. There are 2 full baths in each of the big cabins.  I just thought of something. The cabins skillets aren't that great for cooking stuff sticks. If someone could bring one just in case.. Not sure what we have plan for breakfast. I'm sure we can all pull together or just bring your own breakfast stuff. I know saturday nights dinner is planned. We are still talking about friday night. Any other food stuff like snacks, lunch, drinks bring your own. I also bring coffee stuff since there are coffee makers in the rooms. So if you are a coffee drinker please bring extra.

The couch sounds great, thanks. As for snacks and some food,...I have a SAM's card and I'm not afraid to use it. ;) Just ask David...lol. Everyone was so nice to feed me, entertain me and let me pick their brains for information, during our last outing that I don't mine pitching in as much as I can.

The furniture in the cabins are very comfy the beds too. These are really nice cabins with high ceilings with skylights the big cabins that is. I've been there so many times. I love staying in them. I've stayed in the smaller cabins also they are nice too. It's also nice knowing there is a Walmart close by.

Looking forward to seeing all of you at the outing. Time is getting short. I talked to Bear last night and he would like to say that the cut off day for the outing is tomorrow night Monday the 24th. The reason for this is Bear still needs to draw names for who is going to buy a gift for who ever. There is only 12 days before the outing and counting down. Anyone who is still undecided, please send Bear a pm to

let him know if you can make it.

Pat
