I'm just very proud that there are two more members of our forum the have gone "nationwide". Hope all our members that are able tune in and help us support them. Good morning folks....
The power and influence of Blog talk radio is impressive...I pimped Bigfoot Quest's upcoming show with DB and Pat, on the Bigfoot Mystery BTR show, last night. They had several round table discussion callers including Igor Bouretsev from Moscow...BTR is truly international.
Our new member...Marc Footery will be next week's guest on Bigfoot Mystery...ya'll stay tuned.
I just hope DB can get a word in sideways...sharing the air with a Floridian wind bag like Pat...LOL

We would really appreciate it if our members not only tuned in to the show, but also register for the chat and participate during the show.We will be discussing the Yalabusha County experience that DB and myself had, as well as the new audio clip.
We hope it will be a good show. I have arraigned for a guest appearance with another member from this website, that had an visual on my recent trip to Alabama.
And to Old Nub, I mean Old Bub, (oops,,, did I really say that?" I'll try to let DB talk once in a while.

It was an awesome show, really exciting. What did Bob say that there were 455 listeners and the chat was overloaded with almost 60 good folks. I would have to say you guys were a hit! Bob has an excellent show and a good prime time spot. I am curious to know just how many times the archived program will be downloaded. Looking forward to next week. Show up early and get a good seat. People want to hear real adventure and these guys are it. Congratulations on a great show!

I agree, this first show was really great but I think the second part will be even better! We actually had 68 people in our chat at one point, that's a record for us! I think the 455 live listeners is a record too! 
I'm sure this will be a heavily downloaded show and if you really want to know how many download this archive, we can tell you in a week or two exactly how many people downloaded it.
Bob and I are looking forward to talking with Pat, Jim and Steve on this next upcoming show. Thanks to those of you who joined us in the show live chat. I hope to see some of you folks participating in the chat again this Tuesday night!

First of all, thanks for pimping our show, much respect playa, word!!!  
Second, I think you got this second part backwards my friend. It was Pat who had a hard time getting a word in edge wise during the show, as did Bob and I as well!!!
Jim was rolling along like a mile long freight train running down a steep grade with no brakes!!! But Bob and I loved it because it was so interesting and entertaining!

Sorry about getting long-winded as I'm just passionate about the research. I actually was watching the time and I wanted to explain a few things so that maybe the show would not be receiving time consuming questions in regard toward what lead up to these two recordings.
I have spoken to groups in the past in person that was scheduled for about 2 hours and on all occasions, I ended up speaking for about 4 hours with not a bored participate in sight and could have kept going.
I have many sightings that I have been a part of with many different aspects of this creature. After doing this for almost 35 years actively and 42 years of actually knowing about it I, at times, get carried away with the subject. People don't realize that each outing is an adventure more thrilling then any roller coaster ride in existence.
I have also learned that this type of enthusiasm exudes confidence in the ones listening and this has helped to add to the field of researchers over 40 active go-getters from all over the United States. I have two young people who have been on outings with me in the past with their parents, a young lady from Texas and a young man from Mississippi, who are now in major universities studying in the field of biology, to one day help prove the very real existence of this magnificent animal. This is my pay-off for what I'm putting into this. Showing people the correct methods, teaching them the respect that BF deserves, and watching them get and compile more proof of BF to the extent that maybe one day, it will garner the attention it so rightly deserves. That is my legacy and I'm so very proud of each and everyone of these guys who had enough faith in a ole country boy from Mississippi.
Think about it this way, most had never heard of me within this field and yet I've been doing this for over 35 years? If I had a agenda or was in this for the glory, why am I so unknown? That should prove beyond a shadow of a doubt I have no ulterior motive except for helping others forfill their dream of actually seeing and experiencing BF. If I train and help just 10 people, and they in turn help train 10 each, how many researchers will be out there? 100 genuine researchers. That is what is going to help solve this secret. Power with numbers.

| First I want to say I am very sorry for not being able to get to call in, I was on a plant shutdown and ended up working over late. I understand that several members from our group tried to get in but once they were in didnt have a any sound,so I dont know if any thing is wrong in our area or what the problem was hopefully we will be able this time.Also I want to I am very sorry for not getting the report ready for the web of our recent outing. This time of year is very busy time for me and family.I will try my best this week to get it in. Also very sorry for not being real activity on forum lately , but things are starting to slow down around here so maybe the next few weeks , I have several good things going on but need to find out more about it before reporting MG PLOWBOY

I had trouble with the sound myself. Some said to refresh the page. I was in the chatroom and refreshing the chatroom didn't help. I had to go to the main blogtalk page and refresh and let everything reload and then it worked.

Listened to the archived version and you did an outstanding job. Congratulations! I have a couple questions and if someone mentioned these I missed it..did you notice the ears of the baby? And how long was the hair on the baby?
And today a thought occurred to me...Do you think the smell that had your eyes watering so badly could have been Mama, maybe saying "ok you've had a look, now you can go?" And I didn't recall any mention of sounds heard by you in your account on the show so I assume it was quiet while you were by the baby. I'm so curious...

Yeah, I scanned over the face and went down the body, the feet caught me so much, that I didn't go back to the head, but the arms and legs were curly hair, while the back had a straight grain to it... the back was short, the arms and legs had a bit of curl in it. It was quiet, with normal sounds around and if the baby wasn't making the smell, then the mama could have been, and at the time, I was not thinking momma, I was just thinking someone left a baby monkey. But if it was momma, she did say it was time to go. I never felt fear at all, during this.

Or hang on to it, and ask me on the air, I will be on a show or two, in the future. And I would love to have some of the members here join me as well, if anyone has had any similar events happen.

One thing about this I wanted to ask other hunters because they may have heard the same thing and noticed it as well.
I was told by the older hunters (most of them are gone now) that the young animals..deer and others have no scent other than that of the ground or dirt/soil. This is a natural protection for them, to keep predators from finding them. This is why a mother deer will leave a fawn and go limping off like something is wrong with it. Trying to draw the coyotes/wolves/cats away from the young which they have laying in the grass and would be easy prey for the predators. But because they can not smell the fawn..they never go looking and their attention is focused on the limping doe.
Anyone else ever heard anything about this?

Thanks for having us again Mike. Laurie sure gave the show a big dose of class!
The audio was in and out, but it can always be downloaded from the archives.
I read that BlogTalk just received a rather large grant to be used to improve their capabilities. We will all just have to be patient for that to happen. I'm sure it will be soon. For those of you that couldn't hear the audio portion, please go o the archives and download it, we appreciate all of the support from the fine folks from the AlabamaBigfoot Research Forums.
