The question has always been..what are these creatures?
I would like to take you back several years, to a time when I was about 12 years old. This part of Alabama was somewhat backward and most of the roads were dirt roads and even those were not much more than trails through the woods.
My dad was looking for some truck parts and one Saturday morning we road over to see a man that usually had several old trucks sitting around next to his house.
What I saw as we pulled up to the front of the house shocked me.
Here was a man with nothing but rags on and he was chained to a big oak tree with a logging chain. The chain was around his neck, just like you would chain up a bad dog. My dad later explained to me..that the man was mentally ill and the family could not handle him so they had to keep him chained so he wouldn't run off.
I later heard folks say they could hear him howling for miles. They could tell if it was going to rain that day or not..if it was..he would start howling first thing in the morning.
Things are a lot different now of course.
Today they could place him in a mental instuition and they would take care of him.
If things were like that in the 60s..what were they like before that? I know that there were some mighty poor people back then and just staying alive and not starving was all that some could do. So.. I come to this question..what would those people in those conditions do with a mentally ill person?
The answer is..in some cases..if they wondered off..they did not go looking for them. Some may have even been helped in getting lost in the woods. Sad..but true.
Now..did most of them die? Most likely.
Could some have survived? Possible!
If they did..what happened to them?
****
There have been several (Bigfoot) sightings where they were reported to look more human than ape.
This could also be the reason for the differences in discriptions of these creatures.
If wild/feral humans exist..and science says..they have in the very recent past, is it not possible that there may still be some in some areas?
If you could have heard the man that was chained to the tree, without ever seeing that it was a man, you would have thought that it was something very wild and dangerous. If you did not know what it was and heard him howl in the woods at night..believe me..it would have scared you and you would have left the area as fast as you could.
He did not sound like anything human..but yet he was.
Yes..it is just a theory ..but the scientific proof of "their" existance (feral children) has already been shown to be fact. Many of their actions and habits are very similar to what is being reported as Bigfoot/Sasquatch activity.
You are going to be surprised by how they act, what they eat, what happens to their eye sight, hearing and sense of smell.
Just go and read all this documented research information and then tell me what you think.

Another interesting find.
Could early humans have the sagittal crest as sometimes noted in sightings?
The answer is yes.
The presence of this ridge of bone indicates that there are exceptionally strong jaw muscles. The sagittal crest serves primarily for attachment of the temporalis muscle, which is one of the main chewing muscles. Development of the sagittal crest is thought to be connected to the development of this muscle. A sagittal crest usually develops during the childhood of an animal in conjunction with the growth of the temporalis muscle, as a result of convergence and gradual heightening of the temporal lines. A sagittal crest tends to be present on the skulls of adult animals that rely on powerful biting and clenching of their teeth, usually as a part of their hunting strategy.
